Student Leadership

At LRCS, we value student voice and provide a range of Student Leadership opportunities to ensure our students are represented in decision making processes, and their opinions and concerns are heard.




Our Student Leadership Team (SLT) is made up of Student Representative Council (SRC) members and House Leaders for both Primary and Secondary.

This is comprised of:

  • 10 Primary SRC members

  • 8 Primary House Leaders

  • 10 Secondary SRC members

  • 8 Secondary House Leaders.

Typically the Primary SLT organise and run events, and facilitate the achievement of goals for the Primary School and the Secondary SLT organise and run events, and facilitate the achievement of goals for the Secondary School.

There are some whole school events and goals where both teams work together.




Our SLT organise and run a range of events and activities to promote collaboration and raise funds for SLT Projects. These typically include: House Challenges, Food Days, Casual Days and Fundraising Stalls.
