At LRCS, we pride ourselves on cultivating an expert and well functioning team of Leaders, Teachers and Support Staff to ensure our students and families have a successful and enjoyable schooling experience.
Our dedicated, passionate and expert staff work together to constantly develop engaging and innovative learning programs, within safe and rigorous classroom environments, to ensure our students leave LRCS as creative, responsible and informed citizens who are ready to take on their next adventure in the world.
MEET OUR LEADERS
From 2024, we have a six-person leadership structure at LRCS that ensures that each area of our school is supported to create a safe and productive environment for quality learning and growth. All but the Principal has a teaching load.

Responsible for overseeing all programs, events and learning for the whole school and ensuring the school operates successfully and responsibly.
DEPUTY PRINCIPAL & PRIMARY LEADER
Kelli Harvey
Responsible for the leading of teaching and learning in Year K-6 as well as creating the timetable and managing the day-to day running of the school.
Teacher of Performing Arts.
STUDENT PATHWAYS LEADER
Hannah Beelitz
Responsible for leading the teaching and learning in SACE years as well as managing VET enrolments including traineeships and apprenticeships.
